For the IHTM campaign we would like to photograph people wearing the T-shirt "I´M HUMAN TRUST ME" and place the photographs in our collection and publish them.

These photos will be shown on our WEB page, possibly on posters or similar prints. (see below)

Your declaration of consent for photo and/or film recordings.

With the dispatch / delivery of photos and that in the context of the actions / event photographs / photos are made by me, which serve for publication, I agree that this

- to the homepage of IHTM / of the organizer

- in (print) publications by IHTM / the organizer

- on socialmedia by IHTM or the organizer

and may also be stored for this purpose. The photos and/or videos are used for public relations/commercial use.

I am aware that photos and/or videos can be accessed on the Internet by anyone. Despite all technical precautions, it cannot be excluded that such persons may use the photos and/or videos or pass them on to other persons.

This declaration of consent is voluntary and applies without restriction to private and/or commercial use - publication, distribution, use, editing and distribution - in digital and print form by the IHTM or third parties. My consent is not limited in time or place and applies to all forms of distribution and publication. I hereby waive any future claims for injunctive relief against the aforementioned use of my images.

Für die Aktion IHTM möchten wir Menschen, die das T-Shirt „I´M HUMAN TRUST ME“ tragen, fotografieren und die Fotografien in unsere Sammlung stellen und veröffentlichen.

Mit der Versendung / Zustellung von Fotos und, dass im Rahmen der Aktionen / Veranstaltung Aufnahmen / Fotos von mir gemacht werden, die zur Veröffentlichung dienen, erkläre ich mich damit einverstanden, dass diese

•          auf der Homepage von IHTM / des/der Veranstalters_in

•          in (Print-)Publikationen von IHTM / des/der Veranstalters_in

•          auf socialmedia von IHTM / des/der Veranstalters_in     

verwendet werden und zu diesem Zwecke auch abgespeichert werden dürfen. Die Fotos und/oder Videos dienen u.a. der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit/kommerziellen Nutzung.
